The transfer of ownership of RIVEWATCH's products to the benefit of its customer will only be carried out after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the delivery date of said products.
Article 9 – Guarantee
All the products supplied by the seller are second-hand and benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the civil code.
RIVEWATCH can in no way be held responsible in the event of misuse, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the Buyer, as in the event of normal wear and tear of the property, accident or force majeure. The Seller's warranty is limited to the replacement or reimbursement of products that are non-compliant or affected by a defect.
