Article 1 – Preamble


These general conditions of sale apply exclusively, without restriction or reservation, between RIVEWATCH and any person visiting or making a purchase via the site. (hereinafter referred to as "the website"). They are accessible at any time on the website.

These general conditions may be modified at any time, the applicable conditions being those in force on the site on the date the order is placed.

The validation of the order by the customer implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale.


Article 2. Placing of orders and validation

All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions.


In the absence of receipt of your payment within 10 days, the order is canceled purely and simply.


However, if you wish, you can see the watch of your choice and benefit from a personal delivery. To do this, simply contact us by email or telephone to arrange an appointment. On this occasion, a member of our team will show you the model of your choice and answer all your questions.


Article 3 – Payment


The price is payable in cash, in full, when the order is placed;

Article 4 – Delivery


The products are delivered to the address of your choice, as mentioned in your order form.

The method of delivery as well as the guarantees and insurance will be at our expense.

The delivery is considered made upon delivery of the products ordered by you to the carrier.

You therefore acknowledge that it is up to the carrier to make the delivery and that you therefore have no recourse against the guarantee against the company RIVEWATCH, in the event of non-delivery of the goods transported.

A delivery by hand can possibly be organized at our premises.


Article 5. Price, availability


The prices listed in the catalog are net prices including VAT. VAT not chargeable on used item.

RIVEWATCH reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

We can accept your order within the limits of available stocks, our products being unique and / or collection pieces.

We inform you of the availability of items sold on the site can be found on the information page of each item.

Article 6 – Customs duties


Any order placed on the site and delivered outside France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the package arrives at its destination. The refund will take place at the latest within 30 days following the date of withdrawal.

Damaged, broken, scratched or altered products of any kind will not be taken back.

Return costs and correlative insurance are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Article 8 – Transfer of ownership and risks


The transfer of ownership of RIVEWATCH's products to the benefit of its customer will only be carried out after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the delivery date of said products.


Article 9 – Guarantee


All the products supplied by the seller are second-hand and benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the civil code.

RIVEWATCH can in no way be held responsible in the event of misuse, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the Buyer, as in the event of normal wear and tear of the property, accident or force majeure. The Seller's warranty is limited to the replacement or reimbursement of products that are non-compliant or affected by a defect.

All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by post to the following address: SAS CARNO 5 – 21, place de la République 75003 Paris, within 30 days of receipt of the package. The product must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and with insurance guaranteeing the value of the product thus returned.


Article 10 – Liability of RIVEWATCH


The products, whether recent, old or collectible, are all tested before they are put on sale by a professional and are in good working order (unless specifically indicated in their descriptive sheet).

It is necessary to refer to the description written by us for each of the products, this indicating as precisely as possible all the characteristics of the product sold and its condition.

The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.

The seller, in the online sales process, is bound only by an obligation of means; its liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.


Article 11 – Information and freedoms


In application of law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, it is recalled that the personal data which are requested from the Buyer are necessary for the processing of his order and the establishment of invoices, in particular:

Article 12 – Intellectual property

Article 13 – Archiving – Proof


RIVEWATCH will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the Civil Code.

RIVEWATCH's computerized registers will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.


Article 14 – Applicable law


By express agreement between the parties, this contract is governed by and subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Paris, notwithstanding multiple defendants or warranty claims.
